Weather Update: Cooler this week, Thundershower chances Monday evening

The National Weather Service in Riverton is suggesting that thundershowers are likely Monday and areas of smoke will continue.

High temperatures are expected to cool down, reaching the upper 80’s most days in Riverton and Lander, the upper 70’s in Dubois.

On Monday morning, the National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook report:

Isolated to widely scattered afternoon and evening thunderstorms,
especially East of the Divide.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Tuesday...Isolated to scattered afternoon and evening
thunderstorms. Strong storms are possible in Johnson County.

Wednesday...Isolated afternoon thunderstorms in southwestern
Wyoming.

Thursday through Saturday...Isolated to locally scattered
thunderstorms.
