Trinity Lutheran School fall reopening plan

h/t Trinity Lutheran School

Trinity Lutheran School will open on Monday, 24 August for the 2020-2021 school year. Trinity provides a Classical education for children age 3 through 8th grade and there is still room in most of the classes for a few new students.

The school asks parents to check their children’s health before bringing them to school. If a child shows any symptoms of COVID-19 or has been in close contact with anyone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 the child must be kept home.

In addition, children who do stay home sick should not come back to school unless they have been symptom-free, with no medication, for at least 24 hours. There is a re-entry questionnaire that parents will need to complete and send back with their child before the child returns to class.

The wearing of a face mask by students or staff will be an individual’s choice. We are limiting outside visitors, volunteers, and parents until it is deemed safe.

Trinity has two new faces this year. Mrs. Crystal Myers, preschool teacher and Mr. David Lininger, new part-time interim Head Teacher.
