Safe2Tell Wyoming annual poster contest now open

Safe2Tell Wyoming announced its Annual Safe2Tell Wyoming Student Poster Contest to engage young people in thinking about topics impacting their classmates. The contest is open to Wyoming students in kindergarten through 12th grade. The deadline for submission is April 15, 2020.

Participation is in three grade categories: K-2, 3-6, and 7-12.  Teachers of the winning posters will receive $100 to use towards their classrooms. Student prizes include a class pizza party for the two elementary winners and $100 for the middle and high school category. “Students are growing up and facing new challenges in a digital, globally-connected world”, said Samantha Kanish, Public Relations Specialist for Safe2Tell Wyoming. “It will be refreshing to see their perspective and how they portray the topics.”

The winning posters will be announced in early May and will be distributed to schools across Wyoming. For more information on the Safe2Tell Wyoming Poster Contest, or for additional information on the program, please visit www.safe2tellwy.org.
