How do I report inappropriate content on the 10 Guide?
Why do I have to have a User Account to add listings to the 10 Guide?
The 10 Guide is a portal for our community to discover and take advantage of everything our community has to offer. It provides unmatched local visibility for your listings in various categories. Those who wish to add Events, Places, Deals, Rentals, etc., are required to have a User Account.
A User Account is completely free and you can email us at any time to have us delete your user account. County 10 never sells or shares your information and we’ll limit our communication with you to your use of the 10 Guide.
How do I create a User Account?
Visit https://county10.com/register and complete the form.
How do I create a Listing, like an Event?
Once your User Account has been created. You simply visit your Profile Page and click on the “Add” button related to the Listing type you wish to add.
When logged into your User Account, your Profile Page is always accessible from the menu in the upper right hand corner of County 10 (or the hamburger drop down menu if you’re on a mobile device).
How do I edit my Listing once I've created it?
To edit a Listing which has already created, you must first be logged into your User Account. Navigate back to your Profile Page by using the menu in the upper right-hand corner of County 10 (or from the hamburger drop down menu on a mobile device).
Once on your Profile Page, select “Listings” and then select the type of Listing you wish to edit. You will find all your Listings in this section. Find the Listing you wish to edit, then click “Edit” on the horizontal menu which appears under your listing preview information.
You will be returned to the same form you fill out when you created the Listing. Simply edit the information you wish to edit, upgrade or downgrade your Listing’s package and click “Submit” at the bottom of the form. Wait up to 30 seconds for the form to process. You can view your listing from the approval screen which appears after your listing has been approved.
How do I Cancel a listing?
To cancel a Listing which has already created, you must first be logged into your User Account. Navigate back to your Profile Page by using the menu in the upper right-hand corner of County 10 (or from the hamburger drop down menu on a mobile device).
Once on your Profile Page, select “Listings” and then select the type of Listing you’re looking for. You will find all your Listings in this section. Find the Listing you wish to delete, then click “Delete” on the horizontal menu which appears under your listing preview information.
What exactly does Featuring or Promoting a Listing do?
All Listings created on the 10 Guide platform receive visibility to the public in 10 Guide “view all” pages, search results, maps, and in sections at the bottom of individual listings. The public can and is encouraged to find anything and everything they’re looking for, whether free or paid for by a User.
Any User may create Event Listings. It is not necessary to have a Place Listing. All Event Listings are FREE and appear in the County 10 sidebar Events section, which shows events for the current day. They also appear throughout the 10 Guide in searches, on maps, etc. They also pull to our daily Today in the 10 posts.
Featuring an Event Listing for $10 will give your listing an eye catching “Featured” badge and it will appear in many 10 Guide search before non-featured listings.
Place Listings ($25/mo) show in all searches, maps and other results on the 10 Guide. Having a Standard Place Listing enables you to create deals and link Event Listings to your Place.
Note: you MUST have a Place Listing to create deals.

Featured Deals ($25/30 days) appear in random order on County 10 sidebars, daily in Today in the 10 on County 10 and weekly in County 10’s “Top Deals in the 10” post. They also appear, in random order, on the 10 Guide homepage.
Rental Listings have a single price. All Rental Listings are paid. Listings are promoted weekly in County 10’s #listed real estate post. They are also promoted on County 10’s Real Estate tab and throughout the 10 Guide.

How do I request a refund?
County 10’s refund policy is also available in our Terms & Conditions page:
“Users who have submitted paid advertising, created paid listings or purchased products or services from County 10 via county10.com may request to have their posted content (job listings, promoted events, rental listings, place Listings, featured listings, and other advertising, etc.) removed at any time by deleting the listing in their user account or, for those submitting something without a user account, sending an email to [email protected] The specific URL of the content and proof of purchase must be provided in order to process this request. Refunds may be requested via email ([email protected]) or by leaving a voicemail on our mainline (307-240-9449) within 24 hours of completing a purchase. For monthly recurring charges, cancellation may be completed at any time, however, refunds of only the most recent charge will be provided and only if requested within 24 hours of the charge. This policy governs the purchase of products and services via county10.com and does not pertain to contracted products or services or agreements made via any other channel.”
I have multiple locations, do I need multiple separate Place Listings?
Yes. At this time, multiple locations require multiple listings.
I have a Multi-Level Marketing business. Can I use the 10 Guide?
Yes and no. MLM’s may create Place Listings and Deal Listings, however, MLM’s are prohibited from creating event listings.

I'm not good with technology. Will someone at County 10 just do this for me?
Maybe. We offer a “Managed 10 Guide Service” for cases like this. Please email [email protected] and inquire about signing up.
However, in general, no. 10 Guide listings are either free or extremely low cost in exchange for being self-service. We’re happy to answer questions, but no one will be able to take over the process for you.
