Anyone can join! Check out NADAP’s fitness schedule for December

    Thirty minutes on the treadmill or little bit of weight training is all it takes to keep your workout routine going throughout the holidays. With two locations and a full class schedule (M-F), NADAP makes it easy for you keep up the good work or start a new routine.

    From sunup to sundown, you’re sure to find a class just right for your skill-level. NADAP offers everything from basketball drills and weight training to TRX and tai chi.
