The Town of Pavillion, First Interstate Bank, and Hampton Inn & Suites have teamed up for a food drive raffle for the Pavillion Food Bank. Raffle items include a $500 VISA gift card, $75 Riverton Chamber Bucks, $75 Lander Chamber Bucks, and a Hampton Inn Be My Guest Certificate.
There are two ways to participate in the raffle – either by making a food donation or purchasing raffle tickets.
Food donations can be dropped off at the Pavillion Town Hall located at 203 North Main Street. Get a ticket for two small items donated (like canned goods) or a ticket for a large item donated (like a box of cereal).
Raffle tickets are also available for purchase at the Pavillion Town Hall in-person, by mail (address above), by calling (307) 856-2154, or through the Town’s online utility billing system – paygov.us.
Pavillion Town Clerk/Treasurer Beckie Hatcher shared how the online purchase works: In the drop-down boxes choose Wyoming, Town of Pavillion, utility payment. In the account number box, put foodbank and a phone number. The system will notify me, I will gather the person’s name and phone number and place the person’s tickets in the drawing.
The drawing is happening on December 7th during the regular council meeting. Winners do not need to be present to win, Beckie shared. “If the winner isn’t present, I will contact them by phone to acquire a mailing address and then mail their prize.”
