All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Antonio Jurado III, 33, of Fremont County, is facing one count of delivery of methamphetamine.
The charges are related to a report on October 24th, 2017. Jurado waived his preliminary hearing on July 30th, 2019 and the case is now being transferred to District Court.
According to court documents, Jurado advised a Confidential Informant (CI) that he could purchase methamphetamine from James Hammond of Lander. The CI gave Juardo money to purchase the methamphetamine. The suspected methamphetamine Jurado provided the CI, allegedly from Hammond, tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine on March 19th, 2018.

Jurado is being charged with:
- One count delivery of methamphetamine (felony) has a maximum penalty of imprisonment of not more than 20 years, a fine of not more than $25,000 or both.
