    Wyoming man killed in rafting accident near Jackson

    A 44-year-old Moran, Wyoming man has died after a rafting accident in Grand Teton National Park Tuesday.

    According to the Associated Press, the man was on a training trip with three passengers on the Snake River. The raft hit a log snag and became entangled causing the passengers to fall into the water. The passengers were able to climb onto a log snag and back into the raft.

    The operator of the boat was not able to get to safety and he was found dead nearby almost two hours after the incident.

    The man’s name has not yet been released to the media.
