    Wyoming Sr. Babe Ruth State Championship

    Lander Valley Sr. Babe Ruth baseball will host the Wyoming Sr. Babe Ruth State Championships July 4th through 7th at the Lander City Park baseball complex. Four games a day begin each day at 9:00 a.m Wednesday through Friday. The championship bracket begins Saturday at 9:00 a.m.

    South Pass City Gold Rush Days

    July 7, 2018 – July 8, 2018
    South Pass City, WY 82520, USA

    Celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the founding of South Pass City with Gold Rush Days July 7th and 8th. The event is $5 for adults and $3 for children under 12. Chancey Williams and the Younger Brother’s Band will perform July 7th with a fireworks display to follow.

    You’ll have an opportunity to learn the areas history, gold pan, and catch vintage baseball. Pony rides, pack mule demonstrations, faro players, immigrant trail re-enactors, home baked goods, and musical entertainers will play along the street. Plus, don’t miss the ever-popular anvil blasting.

    The Carissa Mine will be in full operation both days from noon to 5 p.m., as well as mining demonstrations on the Flood and Hindle Trail.
