Halloween is coming soon and that means it’s time to pick up some giant bags of candy. And in a few more weeks, you’ll need to go back for another bag of candy because you ate one yourself.
When it comes to the candy Wyoming residents like to hand out the most, it’s consistently changed through the years.
In 2019, the answer was pretty clear. Candy Industry told us that Wyoming gave out more Sweet Tarts than anything else, or anyone else. We were literally the only state who Sweet Tarts as the most popular answer.
So far this year, Candy Store tells us that Wyoming is picking up more Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. A whopping 32,700 lbs to be exact. Reese’s are by far the most popular across the nation as well.
A strong second place in Wyoming right now is salt water taffy, followed by Double Bubble Bubble Gum.
