    Severe thunderstorms across Fremont County Sunday afternoon

    The National Weather Service office in Riverton is tracking several severe thunderstorms across central Wyoming Sunday.

    • At 2:25 PM, Radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9 miles SW of Castle Gardens, 22 miles N of Jeffrey City, moving NE at 55 mph. Pea sized hail and wind gusts in excess of 40 to 50 mph are possible. http://ow.ly/WFBp50A1aik

    • At 2:09 PM, Radar was tracking strong thunderstorms between Oregon Buttes and Farson, moving NE at 50 mph. Pea sized hail and brief heavy rain are possible. Wind gusts to 50 mph have been reported. http://ow.ly/XrGU50A1a8w
    • At 2:21 PM, Radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 16 miles S of Oregon Buttes, 34 miles E of Farson, moving NE at 50 mph. Pea sized hail, brief heavy rain and wind gusts of 45 to 55 mph are possible. Includes I-80 between mile markers 110 and 147. http://ow.ly/ovfh50A1aco
