A house fire was reported around 5:00 am this morning, Thursday, December 19th, on Darnall Road north of Riverton. Riverton Fire Department Chief Henri DeClercq shared there was “heavy involvement” with the fire upon their arrival this morning.
Henri confirmed they found two deceased occupants in the house. Multiple agencies are currently investigating the cause of the fire. Due to the condition of the fire the investigation could take a few days.
Henri shared his appreciation for all of the responding agencies this morning.
No other information was disclosed at this time. County 10 will share an update when more information comes available.
