    Photos: Recycling just got easier at Riverton Bale Station with newly created recycle zone

    (Riverton, Wyo.) – The staff at the Riverton Bale Station operated by the Fremont County Solid Waste Disposal District made an early Christmas present for local residents. It’s a new Free recycling receiving area that makes recycling household and other goods much easier. The work was done in-house by the Riverton staff, said FCSWDD Superintendent Andy Frey.

    Material accepted at the recycling area include:

    Mixed Paper

    Aluminum cans

    Tin cans

    Corregated cardboard

    #1 Plastic bottles (pop and water)

    #2 Plastic bottles (milk, etc.)

    empty plastic trash bags

    Anti-Freeze

    Used oil

    Electronic Waste (TVs, Computers, etc.)

    Lead Acid batteries

    Paint cans

    Propane Cylinders

    Cooling units with Freon
