It’s no secret that Tim Postel, the owner of the local McDonald’s restaurants loves to be out in the community. He’d rather be out talking to people than behind a desk or counter.
Earlier this week Tim and members of his Management Team made the rounds in Lander to bring some Christmas cheer in the form of McCafe coffees and some conversation.
Stopping at Home Source Realty, Tim shared that “I had a conversation with a customer here the other day. Almost 30 minutes. She reminded me that our store is a gateway to Lander and I take that seriously. I have a responsibility to Lander and each community we serve. I take that seriously.”
Tim also spent a few minutes with the crew at Justus Jacobs’ State Farm Insurance office.
“I’m quite familiar with State Farm, I use State Farm for all our company vehicles!” Tim said. Justus commented that State Farm is a lot like McDonald’s in that “every agent is an independent contractor, so even though State Farm is a big company, every agency has strong local ties.”
Tim introduced his local management staff from the Lander restaurant, Melissa and Craig (pictured below). Tim, who lives in Casper, was joined by Troy who is also from Casper. “But let’s be real, in Wyoming terms, Casper is right around the corner!”
