The Lander VFW Post 954 building on Tweed Lane is reporting that someone broke and entered into the building either late Sunday night or early Monday morning.
Quartermaster, Forrest Parker told us that the damage to the building is being estimated around $500 and somewhere between $500-$600 worth of liquor was stolen.
The VFW is urging anyone with information to contact the Lander Police Department, and is offering a $500 reward for the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible.
According to the Lander Police Department, the report came in to authorities at 2:05 p.m. Monday, July 9th and remains under investigation.
The Lander VFW was also broken into in May 2018.
