    In loving memory, Carol Tuttle

    On Friday July 23, 2021 Carol Tuttle, a loving mother of three children, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren passed away at the age of 68.

    Carol was born on September 14, 1952 in Los Angeles California. Daughter of LeRoy Hixon and Alice (Keele) Brown.

    She received her CNA certification from the Wyoming State School where she worked for several years. From there she moved to Oregon and became an in-home living care provider. She retired in Roseburg, Oregon. She enjoyed spending time with family and had a passion for plants, the outdoors and going to the Oregon coast. While she was living in Roseburg she would also volunteer at the Salvation Army.

    Survivors include her two sons, Brian Blake, Clint Blake and wife Corrina; grandchildren, Scot Blake and wife Kelargo, Billy Joe Blake, Kyle Blake and wife Catherine, Koleen Scott and husband Ryan, Patrick Mandell, and four great-grandchildren.

    Carrol was preceded in death by both of her parents; three brothers, Mike, George, and Bud; two sisters, Connie and Rose; son, Billy Joe Blake; granddaughter, Hailey Mandell Clouser.

    Following cremation, a Celebration of Life will take place in Riverton, Wyoming in the Spring of 2022.
