Think: mouthwatering, local beef Prime Rib with a Truffle Chocolate Cake to top off the evening. Pair with a merlot or fresh-roasted coffee with dessert… Heaven!
For a limited time, take full advantage of this wonderful dinner menu at the Middle Fork. All dishes are homemade, from-scratch, featuring local beef by Wyoming Custom Meats. Even the coffee is roasted locally, just down the street in Lander by Speedgoat Roasting!
