    Former Fremont County businessman will compete at 2020 Startup of the Year competition in Texas

    Former Fremont County business owner and entrepreneur, Jason Kintzler’s product, Lifekey will be featured in a 2020 Startup of the Year competition in Texas.

    Kintzler is the founder and former CEO of Pitchengine. One, of many, Pitchengine products was the creation of County10.com. Kintzler also is on the Wyoming Business Council Board of Directors. In 2019, Jason relocated to Jackson, Wyoming in an effort to devote more time to Lifekey.

    Jackson, Wyoming — Lifekey, a technology platform powering the “Tap to” revolution, has been tapped to participate in the 2020 Startup of the Year SXSW Competition taking place on March 14 at the Established House in Austin, Texas. The honor to compete is a part of the Startup of the Year 10-month program, produced by Established (formerly TechCo Media), that discovers and supports the very best rising and diverse startups from the U.S. and beyond. This is Established’s 10th year of producing events at SXSW, and Lifekey will join the ranks of well-known companies that have passed through their events over the past decade, such as GrubHub, BenjiLock, ShearShare, Aperiomics, Maxwell Health, Groupon, and Uber.

    “Every revolution needs momentum and pitching at SXSW is the perfect way to get the ball rolling,” said Jason Kintzler, Founder and CEO of Lifekey.

    Lifekey will fast-pitch in a lightning round at a private happy hour on March 14 from 6 PM – 8 PM then showcase their innovation to the public from 8 PM – 11 PM at The Venue (516 E. 6th Street, 78701). Esteemed judges include Carolyn Rodz, Founder and CEO, Alice (helloalice.com); Ronnie Johnson, VC Analyst, CEAS Investments; Richard Munassi, Director, Tampa Bay Wave; Kira Blackwell, NASA iTech; Danielle Hill, Chief Operating Officer, The Riveter  and more. Prizes include $10K in potential investment from Established Ventures, American Airlines Business Extra points, a feature in the Startup of the Year Podcast, and more.

    “Being crowned Startup of the Year would be incredible and I really feel like our Tap OS technology coupled with an ecosystem of wearable devices and integration partners is going to surprise a lot of people,” explained Kintzler.
