(Casper, WY) – After a big quarterfinal win Wednesday afternoon against the Kaycee Buckaroos, the Dubois Rams came up short in the semi-finals against 1A’s top seeded team, Upton.
The Bobcats took care of the Rams 73-31, leading from the early stages of the game and forcing a running clock late in the 4th quarter.
Dubois has one game left on their season and will have an opportunity to win a third place trophy at state basketball. The Rams face Southeast at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday from the Ford Wyoming Center.
Upton faces Saratoga in the 1A boys championship game, while the Upton girls take on Cokeville. 2A state basketball begins Friday in Casper.
