Activate10 is a movement seeking to increase communication between individuals and organizations across Fremont County and to promote positive action in our communities.
The Lander Knights of Columbus held a “Tootsie Roll drive” over the last few weeks collecting donations in exchange for treats. Money raised from the donations was then presented to the Lander Special Olympics.
Knights of Columbus Chairman Tom Ryder presented Special Olympian Jodie Ford and Ricardo Guererro a check for $2,260. Coaches Stormy Burns and Joanna Strotroen were also on hand for the presentation.
Both organizations thank all of those who donated!
