The Lander Library is excited to announce our 1st annual county-wide chess tournament for kids! The tournament is open to all residents of Fremont County ages 5-18. We will divide participants into brackets based on age/ability level. You do not need to be a chess master to participate, but a basic of knowledge of the rules is expected (if you don’t know how to play but would like to learn, please join us for one of our monthly chess club meetings!).
The tournament will be hosted at the Lander Library on Saturday, June 29th starting at 9 am. Registration is required, so please stop by the Lander branch or give us a call at (307) 332-5194 to register.
