#WyoStrong: In the face of this challenge Lander is united

#WyoStrong stories, brought to you by Wyoming Community Bank, highlight Wyoming perseverance, ingenuity, creativity and resilience.

The Lander Chamber of Commerce along with the Lander Economic Development Association (LEDA) and Lander Community Foundation launched Lander United a website to centralize information about supporting the community through the challenges caused by COVID-19.

“On the website, you can find ways to help local businesses, local out-of-work employees, healthcare workers, and community organizations — including sending money directly to businesses and workers, supporting community emergency funds, and donating masks, gloves, and other personal protective equipment (PPE),” shared Lander Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Owen Sweeney. “The site also highlights important resources covering vital public health information and a list of places you can look for help around the community.”

We are Lander – and in facing this challenge, we are united.
