According to a new survey from WalletHub, Wyoming residents have been pretty generous this year.
Overall, Wyoming ranked 13th in the nation when it came to the most charitable states.
Generosity in Wyoming (1=Most Charitable; 25=Avg.):
- 6th – Charities per Capita
- 1st – % of Donated Income
- 17th – % of Population Who Donated Time
- 23rd – Volunteer Rate
- 23rd – Volunteer Hours per Capita
The state ranking highest in charity is Utah, followed by Minnesota, Maryland, Oregon and Ohio.
The least charitable state is Arizona, followed by New Mexico, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Rhode Island.
