Law enforcement officers typically have no idea what to expect when they arrive at their jobs each day. Some days are busy, some are slow, some days you get a call about an emu on the loose.
The Laramie County Sheriff’s Department got that emu call earlier this week. Deputy Herlihey was the lucky recipient of the task. After a bit of a chase, she was able to wrangle the emu and return it to its home.
