Customer/Technical Support Manager (Internet Connectivity)
Wyoming.com is a leading provider of high-quality Internet, Phone, and Network services throughout Wyoming. We are seeking a positive and hard-working individual to join our Management team and lead our Customer/Technical Support Center.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits including medical, dental, vision, Simple IRA, and paid vacation/sick time. In addition, you’ll have your own office on the top floor with a north-facing window!
The right candidate shall be energetic, reliable, professional, and bring a positive attitude to the workplace. Strong management & communication skills will be necessary, as well as strong computer skills/knowledge.
This position will oversee our technical support group to help end-users (customers) perform basic Internet troubleshooting steps, as well as other technical issues related to Internet connectivity. A strong understanding of computers, Internet connectivity, and networking is preferred but not required.
