Wyoming Amber Alert activating on behalf of Idaho Falls, Idaho on a black 1990 type model ford expedition with Colorado plates being driven by a Gabriella Rodriguez 30 year old female with brown hair and brown eyes about 5 foot 3 with a tattoo on her left side of her throat. Gabriella is a non-custodial parent that took the child without permission. Child is a Derrick Rodriguez, 10 years old with brown hair and brown eyes four foot 8.
