    WYDOT implements new DUI enforcement policy for CDL holders

    The Wyoming Department of Transportation has announced via their Facebook page, a new policy on DUI enforcement for those holding or wanting to obtain a commercial driver’s license.

    Anyone caught driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or greater, will not be allowed to hold or get a CDL for one year from the date of the first offense.

    A second offense will result in a lifetime ban from getting the license.
