Wreaths Across America in Riverton on December 18th

(Riverton, WY) – The 5th annual Wreaths Across America ceremony at Mountain View Cemetery is taking place on Saturday, December 18th starting at 10 am.

Location Leader Karl Falken has invited the community to attend the ceremony.

He noted volunteers to lay wreaths would be appreciated. He is also in need of local Veterans to lay the ceremonial wreaths, in particular, Coast Guard and Space Force.

Those wishing to volunteer should be there at 9 am for set up and orientation.

Monetary donations would also be appreciated, Karl shared. He had to pay out of pocket to replace items that were broken last year. If you would like to help cover those expenses, connect with Karl at before or after the ceremony.

WAA is a national ceremony with the mission to remember, honor, and teach about the Veterans. The ceremonies nationwide are in coordination with the Arlington National Cemetery ceremony.
