Wrangler Well Service is hiring a Business Operations Administrator- Department of Finance

Looking for a full-time Business Operations Administrator. The right candidate must be able to work in a team and work alone under self-direction in a multi-tasking work environment.  Functions as the Company’s financial business leader.  Senior Accounting skills, AR/AP experience, tax reporting, monthly reconciliation, prepare financials for CPA review, strong Quickbooks experience required.


  • 8 hour shift – Monday to Friday 


  • Riverton, WY 


  • Bookkeeping: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Full Charge Accounting/Bookkeeping: 3 years (Preferred)


  • Maintain a detailed record of expenses and revenue
  • Manage accounts receivables and accounts payables
  • Prepare, reconcile, and analyze the cost of sales, transactions, and accounts, including preparation of journal entries to the general ledger
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis including profit & loss (P&L), balance sheet, and cash flow statements 
  • Work on forecasting and budgeting for the company
  • Assist in core HR functions such as payroll and healthcare plan
  • Prepare quarterly and yearly tax statements
  • Perform routine and special projects upon request
  • Prepare Business renewals


  • Bookkeeping: 5 years of experience
  • Full Charge Accounting/Bookkeeping:  3 years of experience 
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience – Accountant, Business/Financial Support Specialist, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications
  • Proficient in QuickBooks 
  • Ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, self-motivated, etc.


  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Starting wage:  $21.00 an hour (increased pay is based on experience)
