    Wind River Class of 2021 celebrated Sunday

    (Pavillion, WY) – The 24 students in the Wind River Class of 2021 were celebrated in a commencement ceremony on Sunday afternoon, May 23rd. The ceremony was held inside the gymnasium with the friends and families of the students.

    The celebration began with a welcome from Principal Charles Jenks, inspirational words from student Jess Corbett as well as a special musical presentation of the song “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road” by Taya DuCharme Brown. English Teacher Karissa Millward gave this year’s Commencement Address.

    Madison Looper and Trynity Martinez are the Class of 2021 Valedictorian and Salutatorian, respectively.

    The Class of 2021 includes: Ana-Lynn Alatini, Cole Barrett, Hadlee Becker, Colter Bolinger, Jason Bowcutt, Colter Collver, Logan Colwell, Jess Corbett, Charles Dillon, Taya DuCharme Brown, Harlie Hardcastle, Crista Henry, Patrick Jacobson, Koby Johnson, Zaylee Lane, Madison Looper, Trynity Martinez, Kamron Ritter II, Kagan Smith, Zachary Smith, Stockman Stagner, Charlette Strock, Dustin Supino and David Yates.

    The 2021 Senior Motto is from Michael Jordan: “I have failed time and time again and that is why I succeed.” Cactus flower was named the class flower this year and song is “Hey Look Ma, I Made It” by Panic at the Disco.
