(Fremont County, WY) – Combined moisture and systems from the South Pacific and Gulf regions will bring a monsoonal flow to western and central parts of the state later in the week, according to the National Weather Service in Riverton.
The flow will bring chances for locally heavy rainfall and widespread thunderstorms on Friday and Saturday, with Friday expected to be the day to receive the most excessive rainfall.
