(South Pass City, WY) – It may be a bit wet and a few snowflakes may waft through the air but South Pass City will open for its 2021 season on Saturday, May 8th at 10 am.
On Sunday, May 9th they will celebrate Mother’s Day with free admission for all moms, paid for by the Friends of South Pass. In addition, moms can enjoy a 10% discount in the Gift Shop, and stop by the Sherlock House from noon to 2 for cookies baked in a wood-fired stove.
The Friends of South Pass is a not-for-profit that supports restoration and interpretation at South Pass City State Historic Site.
