    Wesley Dean Lane

    Wesley Dean Lane passed away at age 52 on July 1st, 2019 between 2:00 and 2:45 am. He lived in Lander, Wyoming and died in Casper, Wyoming. The cause of death was cancer.

    Wesley lived a full life, he was born September 8th, 1966 in Gunnison, Utah to Shirley and Leroy Lane. He married his beautiful and loving wife Cindy Lane September 8th, 1984. He got his GED at CWC in 2001, he passed the test with flying colors he was in the top 10 for his overall score. He worked at Wyoming Life Resource Center and he saved 2 or more lives while working there. Before he worked at Wyoming Life Resource Center he worked at the Fremont County Jail and he impacted a lot of the juveniles lives in a positive way while working there.

    Wesley was a funny guy and was loved by many individuals. He has always been one that loved to make other people laugh. He loved both of his daughters KathiJo and Kassidy Lane and he loved spending time with them. He liked wrestling with his girls and when he was a kid he was really into boxing. Wesley Lane was a die-hard Steelers fan and he had many steelers jackets, and other trinkets steelers related.

    The services will be held Saturday, July 6th, 2019 at 10 am at the First Baptist Church. Then we will follow that up with a celebration of life with food, fun, and fellowship at the A.R.C. We are gathering to celebrate the life that Wesley lived and we are asking everyone not to dress in the traditional black attire but instead wear casual colorful clothes.

    We also want to give a special thanks to Baldwin Creek Elementary for making our last Christmas as a family memorable, the girls’ secret Santas of 2018. Each and everyone that has helped financially in paying medical and mortgage payments. Thank you for easing Wesley’s mind and taking the burden off of him during our difficult time dealing with Wesley’s illness.

    With our deepest gratitude going towards our Father in Heaven for placing a golden crown of jewels on Wesley’s head as he entered into heaven. We appreciate all the love and support from coast to coast we pray unspeakable blessings upon you.
