The community of Dubois is under a flood advisory today and the City of Lander is closely monitoring the Popo Agie levels which appear to be on the verge of enacting their “action stage.”
Weekend moisture will likely accelerate those flood concerns. Most of Fremont County can expect a late thunderstorm chance Friday and showers throughout Saturday. The weekend will be a big cool-down compared to the last several weekdays, with high temperatures only reaching the mid-60’s.
According to Riverton’s National Weather Service office, there is even a chance for some snow flurries in the Dubois area this weekend.
