Wyoming Highway Patrol reports Harry Gardner, 67, of Colorado, went off Highway 230 in Carbon County on Saturday and hit a fence post. It is noted that Gardner was not wearing a helmet. A medical condition or driver fatigue are being investigated as possible causes.
