    Weather Update: Storm chances improve as week continues

    The National Weather Service office in Riverton is telling us that temperatures will remain slightly above normal for late July, and the chance of county thundershowers improves as the week goes on.

    They have also posted a Hazardous Weather Outlook Advisory for some of Wyoming this week:

    This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Western and Central Wyoming.
    
    .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight
    
    Isolated late day thunderstorms in southern Sweetwater County and
    northern Johnson County.
    
    .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday
    
    Tuesday evening through Saturday...Isolated to locally scattered
    thunderstorms especially east of the Continental Divide.
    
    .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
    
    Spotters urged to report wind gusts past 45 mph and hail. Thank
    you.
