WCC acquires two historic downtown Lander buildings

(Lander, WY) – The Wyoming Catholic College announced on February 10th the purchase of two historic downtown Lander buildings – the Baldwin Building and the Orchard Building.

These new acquisitions continue with the College’s long-term goal of developing its downtown campus, according to the WCC news release.

The Baldwin Building located on the northwest corner of the Main and 3rd intersection is currently the “College’s chief administrative and classroom building and provides the retail space occupied by Crux Coffee.” This purchase signals both permanence and additional space, WCC’s Executive Vice President Jon Tonkowich noted.
