    Vote center average age turnout shifts to the 55-64 crowd; the final hour of voting in progress

    Just after 6:00 pm tonight, the current poll turnout is sitting at 5,562 (~33.5%), according to County Clerk Julie Freese. The vote center average age turnout has shifted from 65-74 to the 55-64 range.

    A higher than average number of absentee ballots have been returned this year. 5,118 were mailed and so far 4,597 have been returned for a 62% return rate. Which is ~5% higher than previous primary elections.

    You have less than an hour to get to any one of the 8 vote centers in Fremont County! Riverton has been the busiest, according to Freese.
