Voices of the Lander Tigers set to return to AM 1330 KOVE

(Lander, WY) – From swimming to golf and dance to basketball, Lander Valley High School athletics have thrived over the last several years.

And for the last three years, the voices that have kept you up to date on Lander sports have been Mike Noseep and Tony Larvie.

Noseep loves calling the play-by-play and his competitiveness translates to the on-air broadcast. But, he says when all things are considered, his favorite thing is interacting to know the students. “Getting to know them and their families. It’s a family atmosphere here in Lander. We’ve got great coaches and the community is the best in the state by far.”

Mike continued that he and Tony both love the opportunity to be “radio ambassadors” for the community. “We love and appreciate all the support you give us. One of the best feelings is to run into people and they let us know they love listening to us. We do our best to provide a great product and without everyone listening this wouldn’t be possible. So a huge thank you from the bottom of this Tiger’s heart.”

The long standing tradition of AM 1330 / FM 107.7 KOVE being the radio home of the Tigers continues this upcoming school year.

The first football broadcast begins August 27th. Mike and Tony will be at every game, home and away. They’ll return for boys and girls basketball December thru March.

And without giving away too much information, Lander sports fans will be in for some fun, new, surprises on AM 1330 / FM 107.7 KOVE this season!
