    Veterans assistance community outreach planned in Fremont, Teton counties

    (Fremont County, WY) – Veterans Service Officer Ellen Rejda from the Wyoming Veterans Commission will conduct community outreach services in Fremont County and in Jackson throughout September.

    At the outreach services, she will be available to meet with Veterans and their families to discuss state and federal Veteran benefits, Department of Veterans Affairs claims, and VA healthcare. In addition, she can help Veterans and their families apply for benefits, file claims, or request healthcare.

    Rejda will be available at the following locations:

    • Lander: September 9th, at the Lander Senior Center, 205 S. 10th St., from 11 am to 1 pm.
    • Dubois: September 21st, at the High Country Senior Center, 504 Hays St., from 11 am to 1 pm.
    • Jackson: September 22nd, at the Jackson Workforce Center, 155 W. Gill Ave., from 11 am. to 1 pm.

    Most other weekdays Rejda is available by appointment at her office located at 324 E. Washington Avenue in Riverton.
