We are so proud to host The Governor Lady: Nellie Tayloe Ross! This is a one-woman docudrama of the life of the first woman governor in the United States. Brought to us by the Wyoming Historical Society and the Wyoming Humanities Council, LWVFC is lucky to be one of only 4 places in the state to host this one hour play. PLEASE join us on August 27th at 5:30 pm outside the Carnegie Room on the front lawn. Folks from all over will be attending ~ camera crews will be present to film the event. It's time to remember the history of the Women's Movement in Wyoming and the proud and courageous women who preceded us making the world for women a better place! Because we want you to be safe, this one-hour performance will be held outside on the front lawn of the Lander Library Carnegie Room with Covid19 requirements in place
