(Riverton, Wyo.) – State Representative David Miller’s strength in absentee voting made the difference in his narrow win over Libertarian Bethany Baldes. The final tally was Republican Miller with 1,645 votes to Baldes’ 1,592, a difference of only 53 votes. Miller is in line to be the new Speaker of the House in the next legislature. This has been the tightest election of Miller’s career.
