A frosty morning will make way to temperatures in the mid to upper 20’s Tuesday as most areas of Wyoming struggle to reach the freezing mark.
The National Weather Service office in Riverton says that lingering snow showers will make way to decreasing clouds and dry conditions Tuesday afternoon.
