The Riverton Police Department received a stolen vehicle call at 6:28 a.m. Monday morning from the 200 block of East Pershing.
The vehicle’s owner described that he had left the truck in idle, “warming it up for a few minutes.”
After nearly a four hour search, the vehicle was located about half of a mile away from where it was stolen, near the Rocky Mountain Car Wash on Federal Boulevard.
At this time, RPD does not have a suspect. The vehicle’s owner told County 10 there was, “no damage that I can tell so far.”
