‘There’s no place like the LVHS Homecoming 2021’ Parade

(Lander, WY) – “There’s no place like LVHS Homecoming 2021!” was the theme for the Lander Valley High School Homecoming festivities this year, with staff and students alike dressing up for the October 1st parade on Main Street.

Daily Homecoming celebrations at LVHS throughout the week included: ‘Which Witch is Which Twin Day,’ ‘Twister Day (Dress Wacky),’ ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow Color Wars,’ ‘We’re Not In Kansas Anymore Wyoming Pride,’ and ‘“Tigers, Tigers, and Tigers…OH MY”! Bleed Green Friday.’

The Tigers faced off against the Douglas Bearcats for the big Homecoming game later that night, but came up short 29 to 6, despite some valiant efforts from the varsity team.
