    Tai Chi at the Library

Tai Chi is now offered, free of charge, at the Lander and Riverton Libraries.

This stress-relieving exercise is widely known for its smooth and tranquil movements. Fremont County Wellness Coordinator, Penny Fahey, will lead each class. There’s no need to memorize routines or have experience in this ancient art. Just follow Penny’s lead!

So take a break from your busy day and escape to the Library for 30 minutes of relaxation and movement.
