All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
(Cheyenne, WY) – On February 19th, reports of missing 2-year-old Athian Rivera were shared across the state. Only a few hours after his disappearance was reported, he was found deceased in a dumpster.
The case has remained under investigation by the Cheyenne Police Department. Today, February 23rd, they have released information about a suspect in Athian’s murder.
