In November 2018 a group of diverse healthcare leaders and stakeholders met to assess healthcare in Fremont County. A thorough discussion occurred in regards to current healthcare services available as well as opportunities to enhance healthcare access and services. Five subcommittees were formed to focus on the following subjects:
- Workforce recruitment/retention/better use of existing professionals;
- More and better defined training;
- Telehealth expansion;
- Transportation; and
- Prioritize community needs.
The subcommittee group number 5, called Prioritize Community Needs is facilitating a community survey for residents of Fremont County. Please fill out this survey to provide your input on the healthcare needs and services of our county.
