(Fremont County, WY) – The National Weather Service in Riverton issued a Severe Weather Outlook this afternoon until 9 pm tonight. Thunderstorms and wind between 40-50 mph are possible.
Their impacted area forecast includes all of Fremont County. Hazards such as tree damage are possible, according to the NWSR. Rainfall is not likely in this outflow.
The wind is expected to continue Friday. Combined with dry conditions, a Red Flag Warning has been issued from 12-8 pm tomorrow. More details are shared in the NWSR update below.
