    Snow likely Monday across most of Wyoming

    The National Weather Service office in Riverton is suggesting that most of Wyoming should be in store for some snowflakes on Monday.

    The western mountains could see 6-10 inches of snow, while western valley’s should see between 1-2 inches of snow. Riverton, Lander, and Dubois are expected to see around an inch while Jeffrey City and Thermopolis could get between 1-2 inches.

    NWS Riverton indicates that the new snowfall could impact travel conditions around the state, especially Interstate 25.
